Macarons

My macarons are French Macarons, so made using the French method.

I use a variety of ingredients in my macarons, especially in the filling.

My macaron shells are made of ground almonds or ground pistachios.

I have a variety of fillings which can be added to any of the shells, these include:

I can add a lot of other flavours to my macarons, so please ask if you would like something that you do not see listed above. There are some flavours which may not have the right consistency for macarons and therefore it can ruin the shell.

Macarons price list

Set of 24

A set of macarons includes 24 macarons and these are priced at £39.

These are basic round macarons, and will include the same flavour and colour shell in the entire batch.

Set of 24 – different flavours

A set of macarons with two different flavours and a two different coloured shells are priced at £46

Easter Macarons

• Easter Bunnies

These are usually pink in colour individually wrapped and can be personalised on the back – £2.50 each.

• Easter Chicks

These are large chicks and are individually wrapped and can be personalised on the back, yellow in colour and usually a lemon flavoured filling.  – £2 .50 each

• Chick boxes

These come with 4 macarons, 2 small round macarons and 2 smaller chick macarons, all the same flavour and colour which is yellow and lemon filling.

Christmas Themed Macarons

• Santas Belly Macarons

These are red in colour, and are decorated like Santa’s belly, filled with a delicious gingerbread filling. £2.50 each

• Snowmen Macarons

These are white, double in size so as to look like a snowman, with a toffee nut filling. £2.50

• Gold Christmas Pudding Macarons

These lovely macarons are gold, and decorated like a Christmas pudding, filled with pistachio cream. £2.50

• Christmas Selection Boxes

1. Box of 3 (one each design) £8
2. Box of 10 (4 Santas Bellys, 4 Christmas Puddings and 2 snowmen) £24

• Other flavours and designs

These will be individually wrapped in a cellophane bag and tied with a bow. You can also for an extra 10p add your macaron on a white stick.
